Priority Terms & Conditions

1. Priority membership

Priority is a paid membership offered by The Depa_ture Club Ltd.

Priority members receive our flight alerts as soon as we find them, along with any other benefits included with Priority from time to time.

Priority is available to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2. Price and payment

Priority costs £35.88 for 12 months, equivalent to £2.99 per month, and is paid upfront.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your Priority membership will automatically renew every 12 months at the then-current annual price unless you cancel before your renewal date.

We will provide any renewal information and reminders required by applicable law.

3. Cancelling Priority

You can cancel your Priority membership at any time via Preferences → View billing in any email from The Depa_ture Club.

Cancelling your membership will prevent your subscription from automatically renewing.

Your Priority benefits will normally continue until the end of your current 12-month billing period.

4. Cooling-off and refunds

You have statutory cancellation and refund rights that apply to your subscription.

If you cancel during an applicable cooling-off period, any refund will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and the rules that apply at the time.

Where a service has already been supplied, any refund may be reduced to reflect the service already provided, where permitted by law.

5. Airport preferences

Priority members can choose their preferred departure airports through their subscriber preferences.

You can update your airport preferences at any time through Preferences in any email from us.

Selecting an airport does not guarantee that you will receive an alert for every flight or deal from that airport.

6. Flight alerts

Our flight alerts are based on the prices, availability and information available to us when an alert is prepared.

Flight prices and availability can change quickly, and flights may sell out before you have a chance to book.

We do not guarantee that a flight shown in an alert will remain available at the advertised price.

7. Priority benefits

We may occasionally update or improve the benefits included with Priority.

If we make a significant change to the service that affects your membership, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

8. Automatic renewal

Priority automatically renews every 12 months unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time through Preferences→ View billing.

Before an automatic renewal, we will provide any reminder or information required by applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to Priority, our services or applicable laws.

If we make a significant change that affects your rights or membership, we will provide appropriate notice.
